Irish Composers Collective will be holding an open workshop with Double Bassist extraordinaire Malachy Robinson on Wednesday 17th September in the Kevin Barry Room of the National Concert Hall.

Malachy Robinson is a dedicated chamber musician, as passionate about Early Music as he is about New Music. He is a founding member of Crash Ensemble and the Irish Baroque Orchestra, principal double-bass with the Irish ChamberOrchestra since 1995, a founder of The Gregory Walkers and director of the Robinson Panoramic Quartet.

The workshop will consist of work from the following ICC composers in preparation of performances which will take place in December.
